Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Red Road Ventures, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use DSP Cafe for your personal, non-commercial use as a Direct Support Professional or related I/DD field professional.
To use DSP Cafe, you must:
Access is granted by invitation or approved request only during the current alpha phase. We reserve the right to approve or deny any access request at our discretion.
You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to use DSP Cafe only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its intended use as a professional community platform. You agree NOT to:
You retain ownership of content you post on DSP Cafe ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant Red Road Ventures, LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, distribute, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Platform.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to post any User Content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable law.
Content submitted for community sharing — including YouTube video links — is understood to be community-shared content, not necessarily content you created. You are responsible for ensuring any content you submit complies with the Platform's Community Guidelines and applicable copyright law.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, or decline any User Content at our sole discretion, including video submissions, posts, and profile content. Content submitted for moderation (such as video submissions and verification materials) will be reviewed by our team and may be approved or rejected without detailed explanation.
All Platform software, design, branding, trademarks, and non-user-generated content are the property of Red Road Ventures, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our express written permission.
DSP Cafe may display links to or embed video content from third-party platforms including YouTube (operated by Google LLC). When you interact with an embedded YouTube player, YouTube may collect data about you in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for third-party content or data practices. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk and subject to those platforms' own terms and policies.
Your use of DSP Cafe is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at dsp.cafe and within the Platform. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of this Agreement, our Community Guidelines, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings or by contacting hello@dsp.cafe. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform immediately ends.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
DSP Cafe is a community and professional development platform. Nothing on the Platform constitutes professional medical, legal, or clinical advice. Always use professional judgment in your work.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RED ROAD VENTURES, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Red Road Ventures, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform, your User Content, or your violation of this Agreement.
If you are a resident of Indiana, you may have rights under the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act (effective January 1, 2026), including the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal data, and the right to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@dsp.cafe. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension where reasonably necessary.
DSP Cafe operates as a Progressive Web App and may cache application files locally on your device using a service worker. This caching is limited to application assets (code, styles, images) and does not include your personal data. You may clear this cached data at any time through your browser or device settings.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Indiana.
We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Red Road Ventures, LLC regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements.
